It all started in Bronx, NewYork on June 28, 1991 when a baby came out the pouch named Joe Reyes weighten at 7 pounds 2ounces. Growing up as a very young intelligent boy he was very bright when it came to the Music Business. Soon to grow up, this boy was named JoeCity or JayCity.
